Recieved this watch for Christmas. It worked for 3 weeks and now is completely dead. Won't turn on. Won't take a charge. Just a blank screen.
I purchased this watch thinking that it would stack up to the quality of other Citizen watches that I own/owned. I can say that I am not impressed. The battery life on this watch is horrible. I don't have many apps active on this watch (5). All other functions such as gestures and watch face on are all turned off. I find that the watch will often require charging twice in a 24 hour period. The wear OS app is limited. I compare this watch to my wife's $120 Fitbit and it runs circles around this CZ Smartwatch. It has more features a better O/S and is waterproof. When we do watersports her Fitbit tracks the workouts while mine stays at home because it can't get wet, and yet the Citizen cost $300 more. I think that Citizen needs to step up their game to be competitive even with cheaper brands.
Watch as to be recharge every day event after minimal uses! I will return the watch for reimbursment ASAP. Please give me the exact location of Citizen repair/office adress for the return!!!
