It's a beautiful smart watch, very complicated. The battery leaves a lot to be desired! It has little battery life which I consider its weak point. I think Cintizen should review this battery issue.
It’s look great! For the price, the material can be better and battery life is very poor. As others have mentioned, it disconnects from the phone regularly. I expected a lot better connectivity to the phone and a fully charged battery barely lasts a full day, despite of minimizing the number of app notifications.

Watch face changes even though I set it on certain style
Not your typical smart watch. Looks like a conventional watch and does so much more. Looks rich and attractive, is durable and battery like is great. Easy to set up and use.
This Citizen - CZ Smart MX0007-59X is absolute beautiful. It is ver elegant and adds a nice touch to any outfit but is sporty enough to be worn at any time or situation. This watch has so many functions and keeps perfect time. I love that I can connect with my phone as well. I highly recommend this watch!
I absolutely love this men’s smart watch! It is very classy and modern-looking and it is very comfortable on my wrist. It was easy to set up and it’s also easy to operate. I love all the features and settings and the ease of use. The face is a nice size and everything is displayed nicely and easy to read. I am an athlete and love to use the heart monitor, music controls and gps during my fitness activities. They are very handy. I also love being able to see my text or call notifications displayed on screen. Overall, I feel that smart watch is very classy-looking, well made, performs well and I highly recommend it!
I have had and still have, several watches in my collection. This one is my 7th Citizen and 5th smart watch. Craftmanship is absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a lot more class and style with tech in a watch, this should be at the top of your list. The band is stunning, the face is truly Citizen for sure. Now, unlike the intuitive UI Watch OS that is used by Samsung, this Wear OS is a bit behind personally. Battery life if you are as active as I am you will not be happy with. This is not your take it to the gym and daily activities smart watch. This is more of a dinner, business styling, events wearing piece. If I had to pick a smart watch for style with tech, this is your watch; if you are looking for active tech in a fairly stylish watch, this one is about 4th place in my book. Regrets? None; I have the other tech watches to go with my full daily activities, I needed this for the tech with Style.

This watch gets some poor reviews due to not using the latest Snapdragon chip, but I tell you overall the watch is awesome! I absolutely did not want some boring, run of the mill rectangular smart watch that 99% of people own. This looks and feels like a quality, metal Citizen watch. I prefer the stock dark metal band, and think it looks great! The 46mm size is prefect as well on my wrist. I was concerned it might be too big but not at all. I'm 5'8", 215lbs and it looks excellent. As far as the smart features, it has WearOS by Google and not some proprietary OS like other watches, so it will scale for years to come. The charging daily is no big deal at all, at night I take it off (it's too heavy for me to wear to sleep for my liking anyway) and charge it. I use my old smaller smart watch to track sleeping, and use an app to sync the data. I get the best of both worlds. My only gripe (which I'm not removing any stars) is with the customer service at Citizen for warranty. I had a small issue with the band latching within 1 month, and the solutions presented were to send a part that wouldn't fix it, or make me pay for shipping to send it in for repair. I had the month less than 1 month! She proceeded to say since it had been less than 1 month they might be able to send a new watch. I don't need a watch that's silly, I just need a new or working band. She got rude with me saying I wasn't explaining the issue well, for which I apologized saying I was trying to articulate the issue best as possible and that I was a software engineer, not a watch engineer. She sighed and said, 'fine I'll send you a band, but next time you'll need to pay to send the watch in for repair." Super rude experience, but I'll consider it a 1 off, I still highly recommend the watch.

Love this watch. The features are awesome. I wish there was a fully customizable battery feature that could be managed on the watch or in the app(like turning off the heartbeat sensor), but I can't figure it out. It would be cool if there was an ecodrive feature since the battery lasts about 2 days. I like how if your battery "dies" you still have the clock feature until it is completely depleted. I still have to see if i can create my own watch face or if I can only use the pre-designed faces. Overall I'd still give the watch 4 out of 5 due to the sheer design and effort put in on the first gen. I see the extra features coming in the future however, for now I am satisfied.

Very nice watch, feels very well built. It has a large, bright and very clear screen. The watch also has a full set of sensors (barometer, accelerometer, gyroscope, heart rate monitor, GPS) as well as wifi and bluetooth connectivity, speaker and microphone. It comes with a magnetic USB charger that snaps onto the back of the watch case, which is very convenient. However, an power adapter is not included. Luckily I had a spare one. 100% charge was reached in less than an hour. Also, I managed to set up the watch and pair it to my phone (iPhone) in a very short time. The instructions are pretty easy to follow and quite straightforward. As with any new technology, there's a learning curve, so give yourself a few days to master it all. Now 2 things I wish had been better. First, the heart rate monitor. As a runner I was looking forward to using it but to get an accurate pulse I have to strap it tight to my wrist which is inconvenient especially when you want to track your heart rate throughout a run. I ended up disabling the feature. Which brings me to my second flaw: battery life. Out of the box, the battery drains quickly. Depending on the features you enable, the battery can last between 6 hours and up to 2 days. The fewer features you use, the more battery life you'll have. Battery settings are critical and you can choose between different modes. I strongly encourage you to explore this part and only enable the features you actually use. Overall, I'm happy with the Citizen CZ Smart and recommend it. Beautiful watch, well built, with lots of features and easy to use.
I work in a professional environment and wanted a smartwatch that didn't look like a toy. This definitely fits the bill. It has the quality craftsmanship and look I would expect from Citizen and all the tech I would expect from a smartwatch. It was easy to set up, took about 15 minutes from unpackaging to going on my wrist and ready to go. It easily connected to all the apps on my phone. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to class up their smart watch game!

Everything but the battery is great. I could not get through a full day without recharging. If they upgrade to Snapdragon 4100, I will buy another one.
I gift this watch. It’s look nice but it’s battery timings is not good like 12 hours .when I bought I thought it’s battery will one day but it’s not doing well

Bought watch Saturday from Amazon, returned the next day. Only thing I liked was the look, Battery didn't last as described. Did not stay connected to my iPhone. Had to start the whole process again to reconnect. Too much aggravation for money. My recommendation, save your money and don't buy it.
