Neat idea but battery has super short life, functions not user friendly and band is too small no way to make bigger
Watch is very hard to figure out. After two days I gave up and returned it. I had very high hopes for it because I love citizen watches.
The watch looks great and has a great weight to it, something missing from other watches. Unfortunately the older processor and WearOS kill the battery. Minimal use results in the battery dead by about 8pm. WearOS overall has issues with disconnecting from the phone consistently (Bluetooth) and limited iPhone compatibility. To be in-line with an Apple Watch, Citizen needs to upgrade the processor to be more efficient (allowing for much longer battery life) and perhaps design their own OS.
Battery doesn’t last longer. Very complicated to sync. Need more than one app to make it work
Love the watch. Great look nice functions. Easy to use. Battery life is horrible
I selected this watch for my lifetime commitment to the style of Citizen watches. I was 100% ok with the looks and the feel, 5 stars to Citizen. Unfortunately the battery lasts 10-12 haha a at most, this won’t work for me.
Great watch poor battery life. I'm only getting 5 to 6 hours out of the watch with most of the features turned off. That just does not work for me.
I was excited to have a smart watch that looked like a regular timepiece. I have several Citizen watches and have always loved them. I am disappointed. The battery life is horrible and it constantly disconnects from my iphone. It is a pain to reconnect. The interface is a bit clumsy and not intuitive at all. I also do not like that the watch face changes when in a sleep/power save mode (when it "times out"). Right now I have that set on 5 seconds to save battery and it is annoying to have the face change as you raise it and try to read the time. I am overall disappointed and hope Citizen steps up and pushes out major updates. I regret spending the money. And now I see they do not recommend swimming with it - COME ON!!!!

I got this watch for Christmas and I love the style of my “real watches” but the function of a smart watch. Style wise it’s perfect. But unlike my other smart watch it won’t stay connected to my iPhone. I made sure all the software is updated but they both are on my person and it won’t stay connected. So what’s the point of a smart watch? Please get this issue resolved Citizen.

Doesn’t work well with the IPhone 12. You can receive text but can’t reply unless you have a Android and that isn’t going to happen. Battery life is very horrible. Sending mine back.
