I just got this watch a few weeks ago and noticed right off the bat, that the battery life is no better than Gen 1 (which I also have). It says, 15 day battery and mine lasted all of 2 and a half days. I just got news from a website that Citizen is suspending sales of this watch because of the huge amount of negative emails and reviews on other sites. Okay, then why is it still up for sale on this website? I now have a watch that I bought because of the half price sale and it doesn't work properly. And Citizen KNEW of the problems and still sold it to me. That really disappoints me in Citizen. I have 3 other Citizens which work fine, but I am going to have to wait for Citizen to contact me about the fix for this watch. VERY disappointed in Citizen
I have worn Citizen watches for many years and was excited to see that smart watches were available. the other brands seem more sporty and for younger demographics, the Citizen looks more like a classic watch, round face vs. square, metal link band you name it. Very happy with this product so far.
I had one problem setting up the watch. It asked for a password when I was copying my Google Account to the watch, but my Google password would not work. It turned out it wanted my phone lock screen password, and I wasn't expecting this. Once I overcame that, the watch was excellent.
Watch is nice. Was easy to set up and works great with my phone. The band fits perfectly and is easy to switch to the other one. Love it!
