Great looking watch with an amazing list of features. I only wish it was waterproof
I bought this watch almost 2 months ago and I was so excited to finally have another citizen watch. Well let me just say that I am completely disappointed with this watch. It lags a lot and sometimes I can't even get the screen to unlock. I've been having to wear another watch, since I'm unable to depend on this one. I have to restart this watch Almost everyday. Very disappointed.
I bought this watch for fitness tracking. Absolutely love it!! I am currently using a bright pink face which is getting a lot of compliments!
I just got this watch a few weeks ago and noticed right off the bat, that the battery life is no better than Gen 1 (which I also have). It says, 15 day battery and mine lasted all of 2 and a half days. I just got news from a website that Citizen is suspending sales of this watch because of the huge amount of negative emails and reviews on other sites. Okay, then why is it still up for sale on this website? I now have a watch that I bought because of the half price sale and it doesn't work properly. And Citizen KNEW of the problems and still sold it to me. That really disappoints me in Citizen. I have 3 other Citizens which work fine, but I am going to have to wait for Citizen to contact me about the fix for this watch. VERY disappointed in Citizen
I have worn Citizen watches for many years and was excited to see that smart watches were available. the other brands seem more sporty and for younger demographics, the Citizen looks more like a classic watch, round face vs. square, metal link band you name it. Very happy with this product so far.
I had one problem setting up the watch. It asked for a password when I was copying my Google Account to the watch, but my Google password would not work. It turned out it wanted my phone lock screen password, and I wasn't expecting this. Once I overcame that, the watch was excellent.

Watch is nice. Was easy to set up and works great with my phone. The band fits perfectly and is easy to switch to the other one. Love it!
Currently not impressed. Battery life is too short, even with zero to minimal apps running. Watch gets hot while charging and playing with all the screens and settings. Too picky on wrist placement for all the sensors to work and get readings. Right now my fitbit of a few years is more impressive. I wanted to give this watch a try because I love my other four Citizen regular watches.
Watch isn't holding a charge. Can't go 24 hours without losing the charge. Thus, my steps and everything are not accurate
Do not buy! It’s a bad deal. Watch only lasts 3 hours after being fully charged.
Nice looking watch and good in theory but it has multiple glitches and i couldn’t get it to work. The screen just flashes back and forth and nothing functioned properly .
The screen is sluggish, I don't know what can be done about that.
