So much promise resulting in bitter disappointment

Did not work as advertised. Would not connect to a brand new Pixel 6a after multiple attempts to reset everything on both the phone and the watch. I have several Citizen Watches, and have had a great experience until now. I'm really disappointed with this product. We returned it and asked for a refund

CZ Smart Touchscreen Not Worth the $

This is the worst item I have ever bought - not even limited to just the worst watch. Nothing about it worked other than keeping time. It never synched correctly with any of the data on my phone, did not alert for calendar, phone, or text, and only sometimes tracked my steps. The touchscreen was slow and, more often than not, dropped whatever action I was performing so I had to keep going back to the home screen.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WATCH!

This watch does not connect to my wifi or internet, Connected Citizen will not find my watch.

Will not recommend

I got this watch a week ago,very disappointed! I own 4 watches and thought this would be great for keeping track of steps. The face of the watch keeps going back to a plain face,it is not what is shown on site

The speedometer face shown on our website is excellent for tracking your steps, and once set up properly, it should not revert to a plain face.
