Great looking watch with an amazing list of features. I only wish it was waterproof
I bought this watch almost 2 months ago and I was so excited to finally have another citizen watch. Well let me just say that I am completely disappointed with this watch. It lags a lot and sometimes I can't even get the screen to unlock. I've been having to wear another watch, since I'm unable to depend on this one. I have to restart this watch Almost everyday. Very disappointed.
I bought this watch for fitness tracking. Absolutely love it!! I am currently using a bright pink face which is getting a lot of compliments!

The watch battery does not last very long. Would not connect or reconnect to an IPhone 15 several times without reseting the watch.
No problems. Connects to phone and wifi easily. Remember, you can use you phone to set the phone. Make sure you have password for the GMAIL account the watch defaults to. I have several gmail accounts. Get a second charger. I read all the bad reviews and I had no issues that they reported.
The look and feel of the watch are good. Very light weight. I bearly feel that I have it on which is good if you wear it 10 plus hours a day. However, the technical features could be vastly improved. Several immediate updates took it up to wear OS 3.5 which is nice but how long until 4.0 comes along. The stock exercise app counted my steps fairly accurate but never synced with Google Fit even though I downloaded and was running the Citizen Connected app. Plus other little sync annoyances that keep this watch from being a 5 star general.
I had one problem setting up the watch. It asked for a password when I was copying my Google Account to the watch, but my Google password would not work. It turned out it wanted my phone lock screen password, and I wasn't expecting this. Once I overcame that, the watch was excellent.
I just got this watch a couple weeks ago and am completely in love! Have already gotten so many compliments about the gorgeous color and style for a smart watch. I also think the YouQ app is so easy to use and insightful. I always suspected that I was a Morning Go-Getter but now my chronotype has been confirmed ;) I also love seeing my Power Score, and knowing the tech was designed in partnership with NASA. So cool!

Battery lasts all day but needs to charge overnight. Full functionality with my Pixel. Would be nice to have more options for the watch face.
Did not work as advertised. Would not connect to a brand new Pixel 6a after multiple attempts to reset everything on both the phone and the watch. I have several Citizen Watches, and have had a great experience until now. I'm really disappointed with this product. We returned it and asked for a refund
