Nice watch, but would not connect to my new iPhone. Returned it to Citizen.
This is my second citizen smart watch and I have several eco drive watches. This watch just based on battery life is a huge fail, full charge does not last a day and has to be charged as soon as I get home from work. I will be contacting custo.er service today to return the watch.
I’m very disappointed for a citizen watch you would have thought it would be outstanding. Can’t turn on any of the features or the battery will go dead. It’s awe full I am so disappointed. I have tons of smart watches and this one looks the best but is the worst.
I bought this watch more than a week ago, and there are several problems. I cannot download the Citizen Connected App, as per the instructions. I then downloaded the Wear OS App and even with this, this product (I cannot call this a smartwatch anymore) cannot sync with my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 5G).
