I’m very disappointed for a citizen watch you would have thought it would be outstanding. Can’t turn on any of the features or the battery will go dead. It’s awe full I am so disappointed. I have tons of smart watches and this one looks the best but is the worst.
A buggy watch that is in need of a serious software update. The weather app hardly works, messages, come in sometimes, and phone may or may not work. Aesthetically, it is good looking and better looking than an Apple Watch, but it doesn’t work all the time like advertised. Also, battery life could be better and previous complaints are concerning battery life seem to be justified.
Excellent design and quality. Need to improve on battery life.
I bought this watch more than a week ago, and there are several problems. I cannot download the Citizen Connected App, as per the instructions. I then downloaded the Wear OS App and even with this, this product (I cannot call this a smartwatch anymore) cannot sync with my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 5G).
