Stopped Working

I have had my watch a couple of weeks and it's been great untill this morning. The touch screen no longer works.

Struggling

Struggling to get more than 10ths of battery life. Screen seems to change with little contact.

The battery life depends on the settings, and you can optimize the battery life by simply adjusting the battery modes. For example, when you set your smartwatch to the Extended Mode, the battery can last up to 2 days and 2 nights. Also, the screen would not change if you select the face and tap to apply. Battery life makes in unusable.

The watch is beautiful. In my opinion the best looking smartwatch today. However there are two big issues. One i Can accept which is, Google Assistant is not available. Only Alexa. Not happy with this but I can live with it. What I cannot live with is battery life. It is a half a day at the best and that is with light use. Not sure how Citizen ever would release a $375 watch with such awful battery life.

Watch is very nice quality, but battery sucks

Just received this watch , very nice build quality. Battery life is absolutely terrible!!!! I’m considering returning it ! I hope that Citizen comes up with a fix , all my other Citizen watches are awsome !

Great looking watch but too many limitations

I waited patiently for this watch to be released. I can understand the delay. The battery life is poor as other reviews have mentioned. The bluetooth on my watch will not stay connected. Cannot pair with phone. The app is not on par with Garmin or other smart devices. I am hoping for updates and upgrades. Now, I just need the watch to pair.

Terrible Battery

Instant buyer's remorse. The step display doesn't update correctly for certain faces, which is disappointing. Battery life is appallingly bad. After charging to 100%, it is under 50% four hours later. There's no way it goes 24 hours with even close to full functionality. The online help is useless. I have always loved Citizen watches. I am shocked they put their good name on such a flawed product.

The Smartest watch could be a better watch.

I've had it for a month. I like : + The idea of ​​YouQ software with IBM and NASA. That's the only reason I bought this watch compared to all the smartwatches out there. It could be better: - "Google Fit", "Wear OS Google", "CZ Smart YouQ" and "Citizen Connected" MUST work together / MUST be synchronised at the same time. Or better yet, one app that does it all... - The "1-3 days battery life", the reality is less than 24 hours. A solar watch could be nice! - The "Power Fix" are great recommendations. Why not add recommendations for the heart, for blood pressure and better sleep. - Alexa is a nice touch. But a Google Assistant could be interesting. - If I worked with NAZA and IBM, I would make sure that the end result was 100%, BEFORE selling this watch that has so much potential.

Poor battery life

Nice quality watch but the battery requires constant charging, even with location tracking and Wi-Fi turned off. Couldn’t complete an outdoor activity without the watch completely shutting off.

Buggy Watch

A buggy watch that is in need of a serious software update. The weather app hardly works, messages, come in sometimes, and phone may or may not work. Aesthetically, it is good looking and better looking than an Apple Watch, but it doesn’t work all the time like advertised. Also, battery life could be better and previous complaints are concerning battery life seem to be justified.
