I bought this watch more than a week ago, and there are several problems. I cannot download the Citizen Connected App, as per the instructions. I then downloaded the Wear OS App and even with this, this product (I cannot call this a smartwatch anymore) cannot sync with my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 5G).
I have a Gen 1 Touch. Love it. It's better than my Pixel watch and Galaxy watch. Easy to use, responsive, easy to read.

I have been wearing this for 2 months now and it's boosted my productivity. Not in the way I initially thought it would. The technology around learning my chronotype has helped me boost overall productivity in my day. I have never seen anything like this before. After a little getting used to, I am slowly shifting my patterns to adjust to the watch recommendations. Outside of that, battery life is a small factor but if I don't mess with the watch much I can get through a workday without a recharge. I also like the way I can customize my watch face to match my mood and I don't look like I am wearing a box on my wrist either. People are always commenting on how cool it looks.
I've had it for a month. I like : + The idea of YouQ software with IBM and NASA. That's the only reason I bought this watch compared to all the smartwatches out there. It could be better: - "Google Fit", "Wear OS Google", "CZ Smart YouQ" and "Citizen Connected" MUST work together / MUST be synchronised at the same time. Or better yet, one app that does it all... - The "1-3 days battery life", the reality is less than 24 hours. A solar watch could be nice! - The "Power Fix" are great recommendations. Why not add recommendations for the heart, for blood pressure and better sleep. - Alexa is a nice touch. But a Google Assistant could be interesting. - If I worked with NAZA and IBM, I would make sure that the end result was 100%, BEFORE selling this watch that has so much potential.

Let me just start by saying that I bought this watch about 2 weeks ago and I was initially skeptical about the IBM Watson and YouQ claims. However after using the watch i'm honestly blown away with it. This thing is so sweet, my other Smartwatches are only able to record my stats: steps, sleep etc.. which is cool, but it doesn't interpret the data in a meaningful way. This IBM Watson stuff in the YouQ app is incredible, after about a week of wearing the watch it has started to build what's called a "chronotype" that predicts energy levels and alertness, so that as my day progresses, I can see what my body is likely to do and get methods to counteract the fatigue or feelings of low energy. Just too cool. On the technical side; Pairing was relatively easy and I've had no connection issues. The battery holds enough power that with my usage I only have to charge the watch while I do my morning routine, then, pop it on before I go out the door and I consistently have enough power to last until the next morning. The software on the watch is snappy and responsive, and the polyurethane strap is very confortable, soft, yet firm. I really like that they're quick-release too so I can put whatever I want on it without needing tools. Good job Citizen, colour me impressed, 5 stars - A Happy Camper
I bought it for my husband’s birthday and he loves it. He is so tech savvy, so this gift was well appreciated . Also nice that you have the option to either use the chain or leather because he didn’t like the chain
I waited patiently for this watch to be released. I can understand the delay. The battery life is poor as other reviews have mentioned. The bluetooth on my watch will not stay connected. Cannot pair with phone. The app is not on par with Garmin or other smart devices. I am hoping for updates and upgrades. Now, I just need the watch to pair.
Got this as a graduation gift. I don't normally wear watches but this smartwatch actually works really well for me for my first job since my company is pretty conservative and it looks more like an expensive watch than an electronic gadget on my wrist. The different functions are cool, although I haven't tried them all out yet.
Beautiful watch and very easy to program and very USER friendly with the help of the video makes it very pleasant to learn. The strap is very comfortable on the wrist, the light weight of the watch makes it seem as though you are not wearing one and the dial is very well illuminated making it easy to read! Well worth the money and it makes a nice edition of my collection of the other 13 Citizen watches that I have.
I gave away my 1st gen CZ Smart because I could not get it to work. I now have the 2nd generation and it is possibly the best watch in my collection. Being a watch nut I have 8 smart watches. Believe me this is the best. People complain about the battery but I find it lasts almost two days in extended mode. I get many compliments.
Poor battery life, app lags behind competitors and not as user friendly as other smart watches
Watch does not perform as advertised. The power score doesn't show on the watch, screen freezes a lot and the hardware lagging. This watch was not ready for the market. Wear os is such a horrible app. The workout data could have been more in- depth.
The watch feels and looks impressive. Interacting with the watch would take some getting used to. It is not as intuitive as some I have tried. However the battery life on this watch makes its not a practical purchase. I owned the watch 4 days in total and had to charge it 3 times.
I have had my watch a couple of weeks and it's been great untill this morning. The touch screen no longer works.

Instant buyer's remorse. The step display doesn't update correctly for certain faces, which is disappointing. Battery life is appallingly bad. After charging to 100%, it is under 50% four hours later. There's no way it goes 24 hours with even close to full functionality. The online help is useless. I have always loved Citizen watches. I am shocked they put their good name on such a flawed product.
