I bought this model about 8 months ago and at dinner with the in-laws, my father in law liked it. So I bought one for him. The way Citizen on line made it so easy and painless without any bumps on the road. The best part is that Citizen stands by its name and the watches last and if they don’t, they will work with you to make them last.
Overall, this is a great watch. The interface is great, and the touch screen is intuitive. The best feature for me is the features available in the Wellness app. Only thing preventing me for giving 4 stars is the battery life. Even with turning off the sound, and going to extended battery mode, battery life barley last 24hrs
This watch doesn’t respond to the description on the website. The battery lasted less than 8 hours vs 24+ on the instructions. That is why I returned this watch.
I have been wearing this for 2 months now and it's boosted my productivity. Not in the way I initially thought it would. The technology around learning my chronotype has helped me boost overall productivity in my day. I have never seen anything like this before. After a little getting used to, I am slowly shifting my patterns to adjust to the watch recommendations. Outside of that, battery life is a small factor but if I don't mess with the watch much I can get through a workday without a recharge. I also like the way I can customize my watch face to match my mood and I don't look like I am wearing a box on my wrist either. People are always commenting on how cool it looks.
