I am a big fan of this watch and own all three versions in this series of Super titanium dive watches, also known as "the barnacle." I purchased my first in the series because I owned a few Citizen watches, but none made from their legendary Super Titanium. For a Citizen dive watch, it is a bit understated, but it didn't take long for me to really appreciate the subtle features that justified the higher price tag from the entry level mechanical divers that I was accustomed to. The watch borrows features from the standard dive watch, such as the hands and the hour markers, but it's all very well executed, leaving the face feeling very premium and elegant. The lightness of the watch makes wearing it more comfortable but does so in way that feels luxurious, not cheap. Overall, I highly recommend any watch in this series. The dlc option is the most expensive and probably the watch I use the least between the three but it's still a must own in my opinion.
Great watch, with one small draw-back. I love this watch; both the performance and look. It is very light-weight and durable with a sleek style. The clasp and the material it is made of is another matter. It is of significantly lower quality/durability than the rest of the watch and, no matter how I adjust the slider on the clasp, the metal both pinches my wrist and irritates it. This is too bad for an otherwise great watch and surprising given its elevated price compared to other Promasters.
I purchased this watch for my husband on our wedding day, and he absolutely loved it. The style, design, ruggedness of the watch were all great. Plus, he’s fidgety, so it gives him something to play with when we’re bored. Highly recommend
I love the feel of the watch on my wrist; I don’t usually like metal straps, but this one is nice and light, yet secure. The watch seems to run a little fast. I wish the lum was brighter and the bezel didn’t move as freely/accidentally. Overall, for my first Citizen, I’m impressed. Will consider this brand for future purchases for sure.
