Horrible customer service.

I purchased this watch and the very same night my husband bought me a watch for our 30 wedding anniversary. I followed the instructions to return and now after 2 weeks still no refund. Getting any answer is difficult I am surprised as this is a great company. Kinda disappointed. I will keep trying for my $400 refund. Just be aware.

Shipping issues

I ordered my watches almost 10 days ago and have not received any email or communication about the shipping status. Something is really wrong with the shipping department at Citizens. Very disappointed.

Need this in a mother of pearl

I love this watch! I’d like it to be available in a pink mother of pearl in all silver. I’d also love to see it in black mother of pearl with two tone gold and silver bracelet. Size 37 mm for women is perfect!

I love the pink dial, the design is excellent and craftsmanship superior but I do wish the strap was two-tone or gold to warm the overall aesthetic up. That would be pure perfection with the pink dial.
