Horrible customer service.

I purchased this watch and the very same night my husband bought me a watch for our 30 wedding anniversary. I followed the instructions to return and now after 2 weeks still no refund. Getting any answer is difficult I am surprised as this is a great company. Kinda disappointed. I will keep trying for my $400 refund. Just be aware.

Shipping issues

I ordered my watches almost 10 days ago and have not received any email or communication about the shipping status. Something is really wrong with the shipping department at Citizens. Very disappointed.
