Upon receiving the watch, I was thoroughly impressed. It far exceeded my expectations. Within a week, coworkers and fellow watch enthusiasts were complimenting its aesthetics as well as the textured look. I only had one small gripe, I opted to pay an additional $30 for expedited shipping, but it still took five additional days to arrive. I understand that the delay was likely due to my request for a custom size, which is reasonable. Despite the wait, the watch is exceptional and will undoubtedly become a valuable everyday addition to my professional wardrobe.
First, the color, because if you are like me you are looking at the pictures on the website and looking at the description and wondering if the watch is actually GREEN. I almost didn't buy this because I was afraid it would be too green. I am happy to report that the photos on the website are fairly representative of the actual color. If you showed me this watch and asked me to describe the color there is no way that "green" would be included in my answer. It is a sort of earthy, golden color. It is very striking, and the color looks a bit different depending on the light, an effect which is accentuated by the textured pattern on the dial. It looks amazing in direct light or sunshine. I find it very comfortable on the wrist. The bracelet is solid and attractive and the relatively small links add to the comfort. I have small wrists but do not find it to be too big. I barely notice I have it on (I normally wear steel sports watches and chronos - this is not my bulkiest watch by far). I think it looks bigger in the attached pictures due to the wide angle lens. I have been considering a watch in this style for a while (PRX or the original Tsuyosa). I couldn't get past the date window on the Tusyosa. I am glad I waited as the Small Seconds has everything I want and no compromises. Keeps great time so far too!
I couldn't be happier with this color.. its the prefect mix of khaki and green with a little bit if of copper in there. 40mm is perfect and the upgraded bracelet feels way more $$ than $595.
Beautiful, well-made watch. The "olive" color is more like bronze or British khaki, and the guilloche dial is gorgeous. The polished bracelet enhances the overall look. Very happy with this purchase.

Given my 5.9 inch wrist I was a bit hesitant to place my order; however, the free sizing offered by Citizen was instrumental in putting my mind at ease and when I received it sized to the smallest size offered of 6.5 inches, the watch fits exactly how I hoped it would. The green is not green - it is more of a golden bronze and the color and the texture are just really stunning. This watch can work with everything from Tshirts to suits and dresses. It can also work well on both women and men. I don’t think I could be any happier with my purchase as it was easy to order, tremendous value for the money, and I received it much faster than the ETA delivery per the website. The 6 year warranty after registering the watch is the icing on the cake. Thank you, Citizen!

An incredible-looking watch. The dial is like no other and adds beautiful depth to the watch when it catches light. Absolutely no regrets on this purchase. Citizen killed it with this model.

The watch itself is a classy-looking, comfortable, inexpensive mechanical that I can wear as an everyday without worrying about it, unlike my higher-end watches. Happy with it, so far. However, I asked for the bracelet to be sized to 7 1/4 inches. It came sized to 6 3/4 and the case was scratched just outside the bezel. I'd recommend ordering it stock and sizing it yourself. It's all cotter pins and easy to do if you have the tools.
Classy chassis, with beautiful broad links that mesmerize, as dies the face, continually. Very disappointed about two points, though: 1. The Citizen specs claim an included day/date function. None- as far as I can see. 2. The supposed same green watch the male model is wearing, is presented as more of a copper/orange hued minute hand, as the small hand is. It is not, in reality. That is a huge art deco miss, for me, as it would have accented the guilloche style of the face, more, and it was one of the reasons I desired this piece. However, it adds a beautiful, unique adfition to my collection, as a quality offering.
