Very dissatisfied

This is in reference to my previous review. I purchased this watch for a 5th anniversary. I called customer service to see if they would give me an exchange for one that the face is aligned properly. Unfortunately they do not provide what they show on their website. They refused to exchange it for one with a straight caseback, only that I could send it in and they would try to straighten it. I have purchased several citizen watches and this will be the last time. Very poor customer service from my point of view.
