nice watch - terrible dial

Nice watch but I rarely wear..... I bought the watch because I thought it was very attractive. But when I got it I realized that the white minute/hour hand against the white dial background make it difficult to easily read the time. It's my mistake but surprised the Citizen design team didn't realize this when they looked at the finished watch. The hands should be painted a contrasting color -- any color would do Very disappointed. But the watch works well otherwise

Stopped working 4 months time - poor quality

Very disappointed with the quality. The watch stopped working in 4 months time. I have left it next to the window with ample amount of sun light for "ecodrive" to charge the batter, however the watch has not started working. Extremely surprised that a company like Citizen does not back their product or their customer. My overall experience is one should not buy a product from Citizen as they do not have a local repair shop. This is a very simple fix - however it's a very time consuming and requires a long cycle time to fix. In summary, I recommend stay away from this product - due to poor quality and no local help available. The cost/time to fix it - make the product not worth it.
