Stand-out dial, Citizen eco-drive tech - pleasing

This is like my 6th or 7th Citizen - I am a huge fan of their color palette on the dials, the eco-drive perpetual movement, and their simple bracelet designs. My ONLY real "complaint" - since they are sizing my bracelet (no charge!) anyway, why not set the date/time to the customers time zone? Having to do that when putting on your new baby seems so bush league - would take the technician, what, 2 minutes to do maybe? Adds class to the whole purchase.
