Beautiful watch but difficult to see in low light

The watch is an instant favorite, fit and finish are above reproach. The face color changes with the light and the slim design is beautiful. The Crown is very small and a bit annoying to set the time. The one drawback to the watch is the inability to read the time in low light conditions. Watching tv, driving a car or being anywhere in low light conditions and the watch face disappears. A daytime use only if you plan on using it to tell time.

Price point was a little high all things considered. Great watch. Slim profile, great appeal. Overall very happy with the purchase. For $50-100 less it would be 5 star, but it just doesn’t quite meet the price tag to get the 5th star

Suratto

Love the blue, the soft leather strap, and especially how thin this watch is. Readability, not so much. It's something that I've noticed in recent years: The face designs have gotten busier, the hands have gotten narrower and blend with the lines marking seconds and hours, and there's not enough contrast between them and other design elements. Still, I have several Citizens that I've bought over the past 20-ish years because they keep excellent time, are durable, and look great.

Option Recommendation

In agreement with another reviewer to have a black dial with silver stainless steel case black strap. Additionally have this option with a silver stainless steel bracelet.
