Great Watch, Terrible Strap

The Citizen Promaster Dive is a fabulous watch. It could be best value watch on the market. This one is a replacement for one I gave to a young man who really liked the one I was wearing and needed something good to happen in his life. I knew I was going to replace it with the same watch. It’s rugged, good looking, sporty and is the perfect size. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is the absolutely horrible strap. It is stiff and plasticky. It is not comfortable. I immediately replaced it with an FKM rubber strap. For an extra $10, Citizen could put this on a FKM strap – or at least offer the option.

Functional and stylish

Watch is stylish, good quality, but rubber strap is firm. A little bit uncomfortable on thw wristqW+

Fit, finish &timekeeping

The fit and finish on the watch is superb. The ability to keep Time accurately needs work off 2 minutes a week. Not great.

Nice citizen

My package was left near the road on the ground. Unacceptable. Like the watch for my collection especially the patriotic colors
