Good not great

This is a good-looking watch, and it has a comfortable bracelet. However, I do have some gripes, especially for the price point. First, the hand alignment is not perfect, which is frustrating when you're spending nearly $500. Second, the clasp is very long and bulky, and it is even longer if you want to use the toolless micro adjustments. Overall, I like it, but I think it should be a little more refined for the price.

Citizen Promaster Dive watch lacks quality I expected

Dear Citizen, This my FIRST Citizen watch. I was surprised to see how low the quality is: (a) the bezel arrow does not line up with the notches, and (b) the second hand does not line up with the second hashes. Please see the enclosed photos.
