This is a wonderful watch for small wrists. Comfortable and classy!
I purchased this watch as a gift for my wife. She liked the looks of it on the website very much. The actual watch is a bit smaller than she expected. And she was disappointed that the dark blue indices that were supposed to make a distinctive statement on the watch face are so dark that they appear to be black. That said, she likes the watch. The slim shape makes it easy to stack with bracelets.
I finally found the small, ladylike watch for which I have been lookin for several years! Yes, the Citizen Fio is perfectly sized (rectangular case is 14mm with a 10mm lug and round case is 18.4mm with a 7mm lug) like those old school ladies' watches. I bought the rectangular gold tone with red strap first, and liked it so much that I bought the round silver tone with the mesh strap, and now I have the rectangular silver tone with the blue strap. I concede that buying three similar watches is extravagant, but no other watch maker has a reasonably priced, well made and great looking ladies watch. I recommend the Citizen Fio.
I just received this watch. It is a beautiful watch. If it lasts as long as my other Citizen watch has, I will be happy with it.
