Disappointed

I ordered a watch as a Christmas gift for my wife and took advantage of the complimentary sizing. The extra links were supposed to be sent with the watch but weren't. The size I ordered was a little to small and now it's taking 8 weeks to get the links. Very disappointed.

Disappointed with the sizing

Love the watch but I had it sized by Citizen and the pin fell out so I put it back and it fell out again. I could have lost my watch after only having it for a day!

I’m sure I will like this watch. I have other Citizen’s that I love. I had it sent without sizing, as my last watch was designed that I could size it by taking out a segment. Unfortunately, not with this one. Apparently, I’ll need to find a jeweler. So I can’t wear it the way it is. Bummer. I wore it with company. Every one loved it, but noticed that it was waaaay to large.So jury is still out.

Good for price point - returned

I’ve loved citizen watches for a really long time and really love their functionality and price point. I really loved the watch as it was shown on photos but I didn’t realize the groove on the glass and the size of the face would make it nearly impossible to see the numbers and tell the time. Additionally, I didn’t love that the back clasp was two sided making it a bit difficult for me to clasp the watch. Had to return…return has been taking ages.
