Promaster skyhawk watch

This watch is beautiful. It's a very interesting watch and a bit of a learning curve for me it has a lot of features. The watch showed up fast. Altogether I am very happy about my purchase

Customer service is Horrendous

I attempted to order this watch. However your system glitched and said the order did NOT go through after entering all my info. I took a screen shot but I will not bother uploading it. Customer service was closed it was a Sunday.I ordered the watch from Macy's instead. What a surprise when 2 days later I received a shipping confirmation. I NEVER received an order confirmation. Immediately chat room customer service with Ryan, you CANNOT have a verbal discussion with anyone and he blasely told me to just return it. However they charged my account for the $600 purchase price and it will be weeks before my money is returned.
