NO EXTRA LINKS

I was super excited to get this watch, but when I received this watch, it did not fit. There was no extra links sent with my watch and on the website it indicated if links are removed, extra links will be sent with the watch. When I inquired about the extra links, there were none in stock and there is a minimum of 6 plus weeks for extra links. Super disappointed.

Sad and waited time

I just bought this watch and can not set it. Watched the videos for a day. Can not talk to Customers Service only M/F 9to5. I work 9 hour days. Does not not come with a manual. Both the Citizen Customers Service and My Pilate Store that I bought this from are closed. This was my Birthday Gift to me. Crazy Times.

I cannot set the watch for the correct time. Also your band measurement doesn't account for getting it over your hand to your wrist
