Poor Quality Control

Received the watch direct through Citizen’s website and it came with defects. There is a dent/dip on the side of the case. This is obviously poor finishing. There are scratches on the aluminum bezel. I’m not sure what’s going on with the hand tag either. “Eco-drive-auto dive”? It’s a shame because this watch had minimal dust under the crystal and the bezel was aligned. Returning it for a refund.

Runs fast

Great quality crystal and case. Runs about 8 seconds fast per day. For the price I would expect it to keep better time than my $40 Timex watch.

Overall great watch

Overall a great watch but the band leaves more to be desired. Band is uncomfortable at times and would be better with a metal band or plastic with a clasp

Great Watch Poor Wrist Band

Great watch. Keeps time perfectly. Have been wearing this watch daily for a few months now. Band could be better. The excess strap works its way out of the loops constantly as you move. Very annoying!! The rubber band should be a little firmer maybe? Great watch poor wrist band for an expensive time piece.
