Fantastic value

I am so glad citizen finally made a eco drive diver in this size!! I have about a 6.5” wrist and the 44mm was too big for me but the 37mm was too small. I have a NY0040 that fits great, but I really prefer eco drive movements. They are so accurate and worry free, and then when I seen that citizen put their on the fly adjustable clasp on the bracelet it was an immediate purchase I knew I had to make. You will love it!

Very disappointed in Citizen

I own three Citizen watches and wish I were writing a favorable review of a fourth. Instead, I'm left to give this warning about ordering from Citizens website. My watch never arrived. I have talked to Jose, Jorge, and Elias in Customer Care at Citizens, but I have received nothing but a runaround. Elias said he would reorder the watch for me and I would receive a call from Marlene, his supervisor. Neither has happened. And now, four days later after the watch was supposed to arrive, it shows on the website as "almost out of stock." I have gone from being a big fan of Citizen to being very disappointed in its customer service. Be forewarned if you are considering placing an order on the website.
