I normally wear rubber strap watches since I am in and out of water any other day (snorkeling, beach, spearfishing, pool) and after having this model for a little longer than a year, I can say I love it! Comfortable, resistant and reliable the watch looks great on the wrist. I even stopped wearing some of my other watches.get plenty of compliments and people is surprised to see its a citizen. Never bother about winding (sun and artificial light do this for me (ecodrive) the Luminescent hands and marker last forever and with a depth of 200 m no concerns when going deep dives. The rubber they selected for strap never smells ( awesome) and the rose gold tone make it such a beautiful eye catching time piece. You’ll love it.
I wanted a dive watch that had a unique color scheme, but wasn’t ostentatious. This watch is beautiful in person. Great Citizen quality, as always.

I recently purchased this watch from a major retailer for myself. I've been wearing a Samsung watch for the past few years and will never give it up but was looking for an analog style watch to purchase. After seeing advertisements for Citizen watches I purchased the promaster watch in gold and black. (bn0163-00h) This is a fantastic looking watch that is well designed and I'm sure will be a big seller. When I purchased the watch I knew it only had a 44mm wide case and I generally don't purchase cases that small. It's too bad Citizen doesn't get away from the old school small faces and go with larger case size in 2023. The only thing that could make this watch a home run would be a larger case.
The PVD coating on this watch is very very nice. A real beautiful finish on it and appears very tough as well. Its a really good looking timepiece. The urethane strap leaves a lot to be desired because it is far too stiff and inflexible. I replaced it with a Nato strap and now is ultra comfortable and the look of the watch pops now. I get compliments aplenty. I am also stunned how accurately it keeps time! Love my purchase.

I purchased this watch thinking the picture showed a black band on it. However it arrived with a gray one, and I'm told there is no black band available for it.
A friend recently introduced me to Citizen. I am very impressed with the eco-drive concept. I bought this watch as an “everyday, casual” watch. While I love the watch, and the look of the watch, I hate the band! I’ve already ordered a new, aftermarket replacement band. It is way too stiff. It doesn’t have any give and this the watch never sits in my wrist properly.
