Great watch, highly accurate easy to set and forget. 4th Citizen I own.
To be honest, I haven't had this watch very long. I bought it because my long-favorite Skyhawk needed repairs that Citizen was not able to make; so I was offered a discount toward a new purchase. I decided on the GMT, mainly for the ability to track a second time zone. It is a very nice watch, good looking, with just the right amount of heft. A bonus was the 20mm NATO strap, since I have several other straps that I can swap out, in just a few seconds. I also purchased a steel bracelet from a third party, which looks really nice on the watch. There are 2 downsides that I've noticed: 1) There are no longer printed user manuals included in the box. I'm old school and I appreciated that piece of paper. I had to go online and download a generic manual, which works, but added extra steps. 2) Setting the hour hand for local time is rather wonky. The hand can only be adjusted in one direction, often leading to a subsequent adjustment of the date. Not a total deal breaker, but the more you travel, the more you may need to deal with this. Overall, I'm very pleased with it and plan to use it as my regular-wear watch.
