Almost Perfect!

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend. She loves it because it’s slim and dainty and looks like a bracelet, and I was thrilled to give her a piece from the Eco Drive collection. The only issue we had was the adjustment clasp; it was awfully hard to pull on, and it actually did end up breaking off. I managed to put it back on, but it’s not secure in place unless she puts it on and clips it (which I guess is a good thing). So I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for that inconveniently stubborn piece. Otherwise I recommend, it’s a beautiful watch.

Beautiful but small

The watch was beautiful and looked just like a bracket however the face of the watch was really small it was hard to read the time. The beveled detail was really pretty and felt it elevated the watch. Overall it was just too small and had to return it. I also had to make adjustments to the clasp, originally it wouldn’t lock securely.

Wish the Band Could be Ordered by Size

This is the Milanese mesh watch band. I've been told by Citizen that they cannot resize it. My wife has a small wrist and after sliding the clasp where she needs it, the excess would not stay hidden in place. It dangled down. I finally, after much effort, found a jeweler that had had experience cutting these. Not everyone will do a good job, and not everyone even wants to try. But other than the problem sizing the band, the watch is beautiful.
