Love the Watch, Poor Sizing Service

This is a beautiful, elegant watch! However, I purchased 3 watches with sizing serve, all were the correct size, but 2 of them had many more links on the bottom vs the top when closed, see pictures below.. This causes the solid underneath folded part of the clasp to to hit the bone on the side of my wrist. When sizing links should be balanced when closed. I had to take it to my local watch shop and pay to have it corrected.

I love my citizens. Watch my husband bought it for me 3 years ago. For birthday present at Kohl's in Lafayette. Indiana, he's passed and the watch that he picked out for me. I would like to trade it in for the red face. Sterling silver citizen watch. Can I do that? The old watch just reminds me of him.

Red Face Watch

As with all my other Citizen Eco-Drive watches I love this one. The only reason I did not rate as a 5 star is because the face and leather band appeared to be a truer red online that the actual watch. That was my real reason for ordering this watch. However, I have worn it with red and it blends very well. I don't think I would wear the leather band with red though as it really is not true to red but more a wine color. Nevertheless, I love the watch and will certainly enjoy wearing it. I'm now on the lookout for my next one.
