Citizen Eco Drive Watch

I love the watch. But it was sized way too small. I followed your directions and said the band minus the clock face should be 5 1/2 inches long. The only way it was 5 1/2 inches long was if the clasp was entirely open! That is not what your directions said to do. So I had to go to a Jewelers and have three links of the bracelet reinstalled in order for the watch to fit my wrist. I had tried on a number of citizen watches in a store and all of the bands were way too big. So how could removing four links result in a watch that wouldn’t even get over my hand and fit on my wrist. So, that was an added expense to purchasing my citizen Eco drive watch.
