Disappointed by Sizing

Pretty watch although it doesn’t feel as substantial as watches of the same brand I have owned previously. I returned this because I used the sizing printout for my wrist but the sizer didn’t take into account the foldable clasp. When the clasp folded it was the size of a baby’s wrist, about 3 inches. Probably would have kept it if the sizing was correct.

Nice but what did I buy?

This is a nice watch but Citizen's website is lacking. This watch is not listed under lumed models nor is it in the description but it does indeed have lume on the hands and at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions. Also there is no indication anywhere if the diamonds are real or not. I would assume they are since they are called diamonds and due to the price. Be aware that EcoDrive does not have a battery but it does have a capacitor that needs replacing every 10 years or so. I really like this watch, it's beautiful, but it's hard to know what you're buying.

The Perfect Upgrade for Her Favorite Watch

My wife had worn the same inexpensive watch for years and loved it, but the thing had developed an appetite for batteries. Rather than put yet another battery in it, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I probably spent far too much time looking at watches, but I kept coming back to this Citizen. I wanted something feminine and elegant without being overly flashy, and the combination of the soft pink dial, diamond accents, and silver and gold bracelet hit the sweet spot. It looks even better in person. My wife also has a tiny wrist, so being able to have Citizen size the bracelet to 5½ inches before shipping was a huge plus. It arrived fitting her beautifully. Eco-Drive really sealed the deal for me. After years of replacing batteries in her old watch, the idea that this one is powered by light is pretty wonderful. I bought directly from Citizen during a sale, got a great price, and didn’t have to worry about whether I was buying from some questionable third-party seller. Best of all, it was a surprise. I told my wife I was taking her old watch in for another battery and came home with this instead. She loves it. Beautiful watch, great buying experience, happy wife. I’m calling that a win.
