The watch is great. It is the third time I have purchased a Citizen watch. The problem is that the ad said 25% off. I never got the 25%. As the price I paid was the one I had been looking at for several months, 25% should have been deducted at checkout. I didn't notice it until after the sale closed. If you can advertise a 25% discount on a price you have been advertising for some time, you should have taken 25% off at the close of the transaction. This is illegal, and several suits are pending or settled on the internet.
