Did not appear as it did on line

The watch did not look like it did on line, the face was not cream. It looked aged and a bit dark. I returned it. The website to return was very difficult to navigate.

I bought this watch to replace mine that I sent in to be repaired. I liked my original watch but couldn't find a similar one. Unless you have a degree in how to make this work, it is a lesson in frustration- I could not get the band to work to adjust it or even open it; and I had a difficult time setting the time. I am sorry I bought it!
