I was shopping for a Citizen watch and it took me a little while until I made up my mind and chose theJY8108-53E and boy am I happy I did. I absolutely love this watch!
Just got the skyhawk titanium. First, it's large and heavy. Second, it's beautiful and loaded with functions, still learning basics.....Pilots are semi- genius and I'm not! Love the graphics. Japanese life is the good life. I want to work and live in Japan as an EEG Tech. Thanks-
Well, it will take some time to give an accurate account of how this piece performs. I just set it yesterday, and so far it's working with precision. My only concern is that I read the shelf life is 10 years for an eco-drive watch. I pray this isn't true because I didn't spend A thousand dollars for a ten-year watch. I'm 60 years old, and I hope to leave this to my son or grandson one day. This is also my third Citizen Eco-Drive Atomic watch. Unfortunately, one of those were stolen, and an unfortunate accident took the other. I keep replacing them so I'm happy with a Citizen watch.
I love the watch first off. After only a few days of where 2 pins became loose on the band and worked their way out several times a day. I had to take it to a jeweler and have the pins replaced. Other than that it’s a great watch
