Horrible customer service.

I purchased this watch and the very same night my husband bought me a watch for our 30 wedding anniversary. I followed the instructions to return and now after 2 weeks still no refund. Getting any answer is difficult I am surprised as this is a great company. Kinda disappointed. I will keep trying for my $400 refund. Just be aware.

Shipping issues

I ordered my watches almost 10 days ago and have not received any email or communication about the shipping status. Something is really wrong with the shipping department at Citizens. Very disappointed.

Need this in a mother of pearl

I love this watch! I’d like it to be available in a pink mother of pearl in all silver. I’d also love to see it in black mother of pearl with two tone gold and silver bracelet. Size 37 mm for women is perfect!

Love the watch! It's beautiful! Could have given a five star review but felt a little sad when I went to a Navy Exchange Store and saw that it was discounted another 20 percent on top of your special price of $360 for Mother's day special of $288.90.
