This watch is an absolute classic. Sadly this version is discontinued. I bought some for my brothers before production stopped and they thank me almost every time I see them for the gift. Amazing quality and after all the years of abuse there's only minor superficial damage to the face. This form factor would also be perfect for a smart watch. Just saying.

Classic style
This watch is the latest in my watch collection. I have this watch in both the black and gold. What appealed to me was the classic design. The watch has received many positive comments about its appearance. This is a light, low profile watch. Easy to wear with a dress shirt. I obviously enjoy wearing this watch and am very glad I purchased both finishes. I own 6 Citizen watches because of the quality of materials and craftsmanship. The echo-drive appeals to me not only because I can pick a watch each day and not have to reset or wind, but not having a battery is a plus. I would recommend this watch to anyone looking for the "dress to impress" addition to there watch case.
