Promaster Aqualand is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 56.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this new dive watch This watch looks great and is comfortable. Display is easy to read. I had one issue however with the user’s manual supplied via download from Citizen (downloaded 6/12/2019). Pg 25 provides instructions to test the rapid ascent alarm sound. After thinking my watch was defective because I could not activate the alarm, Citizen customer service informed me you in fact can not test the alarm. The instruction book is incorrect in this regard. Hopefully they will correct this for future purchasers!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful dive watch! This watch is very attractive, has very nice details, and a great color scheme. I have three diferent versions side by side (the red/stainless steel, the limited edition black/gold and this “Pepsi”) and by far this one was the most sexy for me. Keep in mind that the colors are not “saturated” as it seems in the pictures, the blue for instance is a little bit faded, buy by no means it makes the watch less beautiful! It is not a small watch, but its extremely wearable even for a small guy like me. It has a good weight also. The only caveats imho is the watch band: is too stiff and I have the feeling that can become dry and crackable soon, but only time will tell, i might be wrong. Still, I definitely recommend to any real or desk diver out there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I bought this watch in February So I bought this watch with in mind I was gonna wear it everyday. Not only am I a diver I’m a serious outdoorsman. It never showed any signs of weakness or signs of failure until the day the band broke and all the sudden I was out a $700 watch maybe I was too hard on it maybe I just got a defective band. Either way I would recommend this watch with the metal band

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG....Amazing looking watch I don't have many words to say on this matter. Basically, this comes down to you and what you are looking for. I love Sport watches and brands like Seiko and Citizen have been a stay front for me and my watch lust for years. This watch is no exception. In fact this is the one of the most higher tech looks found in my watch collection. I only wish it had a sapphire crystal at the retail price of $700. Yes, you can get this on sale for about 500 or a little less but this shouldn't be without that kind of glass. Everything else found on this watch is flat out amazing. Love the deep depth of the watch face. Love the feel of this rubber band( one of the very best that I have felt), and I love the color combo. The Eco drive is a welcome factor that needed to be there and was delivered thankfully. Lastly the weight is a very good feel. It's not overally heavy but yet not too light. If you want to go diving ..I think this is great watch for that purpose. If you like sport watches in the larger capacilty ..then also you would look for this watch as your companion.

Can I replace this blue rubber band bracelet with the metal bracelet from the red version of this watch?

Asked by: QTπ353
It appears that it is possible.. The blue band has worked very well for me..I normallyprefer a metal bracelet, but opted for the model with the blue band.

Rapid ascent alarm... What is that?  How does it work?

Asked by: Emjay
Most follow the rule of 30' per minute on your ascent. Your depth and time at depth can change your time in the water, (as that may change your dive from a non-deco dive to a deco dive). Personally, at depths over 100-160' I ascend at a rate of 60' per min until I reach 65- 70' and then ascend at 30' per minute thereafter until my safety stop at 15'. From 15' to the surface I make this the slowest ascent of all.

I have the older Hyper Aq. I'm not seeing anywhere in the Promaster Aq info how (if you can) down load dive data to a PC like the Hyper can. How is it done, if at all? Thank you.

Asked by: KeithDVR
No. Unfortunately, it’s analog.

Hello, is there a version that displays depth in feet versus meters? Thank you in advance.
