Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Low shelf life (3 years tops) yikes! This watch didnt even last 4 years! The watch face split and the company has shady repair tactics! Slow down citizen its not that serious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The true art of technology and style. Simply amazi I have been looking at this watch for more than a year. Eventually, I sent a link to my wife saying that this is something I would like to have and wear for the rest of my life. Finally and surprisingly, my wife gave this amazing piece of technological art on our wedding anniversary. Simply love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lifetime of Citizen watches I own several Citizen Eco drives - love them - this Grand Complication is the real star have had it for about 5 years. it has been pretty flawless. Just needs the proper amount of light and 0 maintenance. My only hope is to see more Watch designs in the titanium/signature series.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Have had it about a month now. It's not my everyday watch for work, but it's my goto when a go out. Excellent looking, excellent quality. Love how light it is, and how it fits. Could not be happier. Second ecodrive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Distinguished Time Piece I've had this watch for several years now, and still very much enjoy wearing it. My only issue is that because I've written it daily, there's quite a bit of wear and tear on the numbers surrounding the crystal.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worried Sent this watch back a few weeks ago because the Crown (Setting Stem) would pop out inadvertently and cause the watch to stop running. I would look down and realize the watch was stopped. Sometimes the stem had popped out one click and other times two clicks. Watch was returned to me and they said they had replaced the movement and I assumed that the watch was in excellent condition... however shortly after I started wearing the watch again the Crown stem started popping out again. I called repair and spoke with the lady there and was interrogated as to what I must be doing wrong (ie, allowing watch to snag on clothing, extreme activity/movements etc) which I have done nothing unusual in the wearing of the watch. (I have another Citizen Titanium Solar purchased in 1998 worn every day and never been serviced yet, looks mint and keeps great time) so I know I have done nothing wrong with this watch. This Grand Complication does not have a "screw down Crown" so I can only imagine it is a manufacturer's design flaw or something of that nature. I returned the watch again and it has been received by repair so I am hoping the problem can be resolved this time as I have really bragged on Citizen Watches since 1998 and assumed all Citizens were of an equal quality to my 21 year old one. I would prefer to be able to do that about this watch.
