Rated 4 out of 5 by from Proximity? Purchased watch one month ago. Important to download instructions and read. Still not sure how some functions work, but will figure it out as instructions are not clear. Like the design, quality and value.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very good, but expected more Is a very good watch as we are accustomed, but easy disconnects, notifications arrive late, we sincerely expected more

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had to return The Bluetooth feature would not sync with my iPhone. The watch was nice but I bought for the Bluetooth feature. Couldn't get it to work so the watch went back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hype at first, mind twist and heft actual. Bigger and thicker than what I imagined. The dial isn't all that premium having owned multiple Citizens. Band is ok, gives you the continuous look. The effort to cram in everything is probably worth more than msrp. But the execution of the idea plus the app missed the mark. When this first came out I remembered looking at it and think this is the epitome of classic/smart watch. But now not so much. The mineral crystal get dirty really quick(maybe it's just my unit)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Timepeice I bought this watch primarily as a long term solution for my watch needs. I was very pleased with the precision of the aesthetic and functions of the watch with the minor exception that the Bluetooth connection may be a little temperamental once in a blue moon. Overall a quality purchase, and for its price I would comfortably recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great bluetooth and eco drive I bought this 6 months ago and had an incident where the face screen cracked so i had it fixed and when returned it was returned defective from the band in which i never had problems with until then, so once again to fix but this time it was on the corp. But when returned same thing happened and this time no luck finding it. So and stuck with the payments?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Design! I got this watch as a gift for Christmas and couldn't be happier. I love the design and it's very functional. Syncs with my phone pretty easily and the notification system is convenient. Find your phone feature is also a nice thing to have if you misplace the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was it used? The watch works great. Unfortunately it came open in the box with the watch band missing a link. There were no plastic coverings on the face or stainless. The watch gets all kinds of compliments. I will need a new band so I have links and pins.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the poor Bluetooth connectivity. What is Citizens response to this? Is it because they haven’t perfected the technology? I want to buy this for my boyfriend as a gift but I don’t want give something that doesn’t work.

Asked by: Geena
The user needs to understand how the connectivity works with all smart devices 3m is the norm. The time that device is out of range before disconnecting is variable by the user. You learn to use accordingly.  I’m very satisfied with mine.
