New watch, Happy wife!
Beautiful watch. My wife picked it out because the color is such a pretty Blue and it matches my Harley’s paint. It’s a little larger so it’s easier for her to see. It’s a nice time piece.
Love the blue dial
Although the dial is smaller than I might normally wear, I really liked the dark blue dial and the crystals markers instead of numbers. It feels dressy but I still can wear it to work.
Hands blend with dark face
I like this watch very much however the hands blend with the dark blue face making them difficult to read without bright direct light above.
Hard to read
Received this as a gift from my husband. Love how it looks, but it's really really hard to read the time. The light reflects off the face in such a way that it's virtually impossible to tell time with this watch. Basically this is just a piece of jewelry.
Disappointed!
I had great expectations but was disappointed when I couldn't easily read the time due to the dark blue face and very narrow silver hands. The watch must be in bright light and at a certain angle for the hands to show. Another consideration was the mineral crystal which easily scratches. I know from experience because I have the "Riva" model that is about 5 years old and the crystal is badly scratched. I returned the watch and will order the Citizen L Sunrise with a sapphire crystal, light blue face and wider hands. I hope I will be happy with my new choice!
