I received this as a high school graduation gift in 2022. It is such a great watch. While it takes a bit in order how to properly set it, once you get the hang of it, it’s a piece of cake. The red accents compliment the watch nicely. I was shocked to find the watch had been discontinued. The successor watches don’t have the nice design that this has. Again, this watch is great, and I will have for the rest of my life.

While on vacation in the Caribbean I bought a Skyhawk Atomic model JY8051-08E for the sporty style and multiple features. Then I saw a poster for the Royal Air Force Red Arrows Skyhawk A-T, but they were sold out. Even though I had just bought a watch I wanted a Red Arrow. Finally saw the watch on another island. Realizing the Red Arrow had the identical features of the Skyhawk I just purchased, I bought a second watch. Now I have one for daytime wear and one for evening wear from the same collection. So many great features along with the atomic updates every morning. Love having dual time, dual alarm and the perpetual calendar features. Never have to reset the date and even leap year is not a problem. This watch has a new feature my other atomic watches do not have: a countdown timer. It's is now my favorite from my collection of forty Citizen Watches. Yes, I have forty watches going back twenty years to the first generation Skyhawk. All of my watches are still working and keeping accurate time. Best of all none of them ever needed a battery replacement, thanks to the Eco-Drive feature which allows the watches to recharge from any light source.

Too Complicated
Had to exchange this Christmas/birthday gift with a watch that was more user friendly and easier to use.
Beautiful watch
This was given to me as a gift and I am thrilled to own it and wear it. This is my daily wear watch and functions as my work watch by default. I am a commercial pilot and appreciate the Zulu digital display function. The only downside is can speak of is you can not view the date and a digital time at the same time. Although there is a utc analog dial, it is not useful in my opinion. The other gripe I have is the 24 hrs analog dial is odd in its design. The face is bisected horizontally and is hatched on the lower half. It is absolutely useless. It truly is a beautiful watch but I wish citizens would consult with more professional pilots before the next update to this model.
