Purpose takes flight with the Promaster Air Automatic GMT, the latest addition to our professional Promaster Air collection with new mechanical movement. Measuring 44.5mm on the wrist and water resistant up to 200m, the new flight-ready timepiece is a mission-focused powerhouse, featuring a sturdy construction in silver-tone stainless steel with a 24-hour bezel and two bold crowns to match. On its pilot-style dial, high-performance luminous hands and markers contrast against a black background for quick legibility. An aeronautical slide-rule scale surrounds the display and is operated by a 7 o'clock crown, while a 3 o'clock date window and red-accented GMT hand showcase daily and travel utility. Inside the new Promaster Skyhawk is the Citizen Caliber 9054, a reliable automatic mechanism featuring a 50-hour power reserve, accurate to -10 / +20 seconds per day, and magnetically resistant up to 16000 A/M. I was looking at various brand air force/divers watches. My criteria were the overall appearance and reasonable pricing. I finally settled on the Citizen Pro Master GMT. It met my requirements. Great looks, easy to read and comes with a stainless steel bracelet. The price was right!

Best for my travels and day to day
Very nice looking watch. The angles and brushed vs polished finishes look even better in person. The bezel does not rotate- but Citizen used the bezel for the GMT time which is much more legible than others that put tiny numbers on a small ring on the face. The GMT also sets without stopping the watch so it’s very quick for time zone switching. The glow to the hands and marks is very strong and bright. This is my first automatic and I am very pleased with it.

Great Pilot Watch!
This is a great pilot style watch. Feels heavy and high quality. Finish is excellent and movement is super smooth for this price point. Hard to find this quality in an automatic watch for under $1000!

Beyond Beautiful!
Owning Citizen's 9051 caliber I already knew how special owning the 9054 caliber would be as both are exclusive to Citizen watches as they should be and are considered an upgrade for sure! This watch screams beauty, legibility, symmetry, and is very masculine and has amazing presence on the wrist. The pilot helmet on the caseback is very cool to say the least and I'm glad Citizen didn't leave it blank as it makes the overall package even more special. Grip on both crowns is a breeze thanks to it's knurling, and the operation on both crowns are flawless and a pleasure to manipulate. I would say the dial in certain lighting is like a dark charcoal black, wow! Love LOVE the red gmt hand for immediate contrast, everything on this watch is perfect from the applied indices to the outrageous long lasting lume to the cross on the dial is in an almost sector or crosshair appearance is just flat out cool. The sword style hands are so perfect what else can you say this watch screams pilot gmt and it's execution is superb, also it's a great value for it's price point what your getting. Lastly the bracelet is also perfect I have a very big wrist and male or female end-links don't matter to me, the brushing and polishing on the watch head to the bracelet is done to a very high standard, love the angles Citizen did where the bracelet connects to the watch head, just another perfectly done design adding to the whole pilot theme. Winner!!!

Excellent automatic watch from Citizen
I went to a Citizen store looking for this, but ended up buying it online. I love the Promaster aesthetics and overall quality construction. It is a large timepiece and I would recommend that this would best suit someone with a 7" or larger wrist. The indices and hands are very easily read in day and night.
Great Watch, Looks Even Better
This is my first automatic watch, it shipped really fast. Easy to set, easy to adjust sizes. Easy to read. As a pilot I love the simplicity of it, while still getting some cool pilot and GMT features. Only con: it is a fixed 24hr bezel.
