Online Purchasing

All purchases from CITIZEN WATCH CANADA LTD. may only be shipped within Canada, we are unable to ship internationally. When you place an order with us on citizenwatch.com, you are buying directly from the brand - and you can be assured that your Citizen purchase is authentic and first quality. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Payment

Citizen accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Klarna – financing, pay in installments

Citizen will only accept credit or debit cards issued in Canada. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed, and your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price on the Billing Page.

4 interest-free instalments

Spread the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free installments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining installments scheduled automatically every two weeks. No interest or fees. Select the Klarna option and enter your debit or credit card information.

  • Not making your payment on time could affect your ability to use Klarna in the future

Shipping and Delivery

All orders, including expedited orders, will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping within Canada for any order placed on citizenwatch.com. We also offer an expedited shipping option. Please see below for shipping options and delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE. You can expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days, after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Premium Shipping: $30. You can expect to receive your order in 1-3 business days, after your order has been processed and shipped.

Transit times may vary based on your location and the time of year. We are unable to ship to "PO BOX" Canadian Post Office Box addresses or outside of Canada at this time.

Tracking

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately at customersupport_ca@citizenwatchgroup.com or call to speak with Customer Care at (800) 263-7799 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to customersupport_ca@citizenwatchgroup.com – or call us toll free at (800) 263-7799 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
