Disney Mickey Mouse embarks on a journey with four unique destinations. The first stop is where it all started: Walt Disney’s storied boyhood home of Marceline, Missouri. The sepia-toned dial featuring original artwork by Disney artists John and Shelley Loter depicts Mickey Mouse departing his hometown on an old-fashioned steam engine, with a replica of Walt Disney’s family barn and encircled by a minute track that resembles train tracks. The case back is etched with a retro suitcase with a destination sticker surrounded by the words “Time to Fly” and “Since 1928”—the year Mickey Mouse first appeared on the silver screen. The gold-tone stainless steel 42mm case and embossed brown leather strap add to the vintage vibes. I got this for my now husband as an engagement gift. I wanted to go for something less traditional and this one fits perfect. The gold accents stand up with the leather band, making the watch look semi formal but still elegant. The old school mickey mouse design is very neat and not childish, very classy look. I'd definitely recommend.

Quality timepiece
Based on the pictures I was worried it would be difficult to see the hands against the background but it's very easy to read even at a glance. One thing I had to learn was the date rolls over at midnight but the day indicator takes 4 hours before it displays the correct day. It is a nice touch that you can choose between English or Spanish.
