I bought this for myself for Christmas, and have been quite pleased with my purchase. It's the heaviest watch I've ever owned, but I got used to that in a couple of hours. I am rough on my watches, so i really appreciate that the Corso has a Sapphire crystal - the glass still looks brand new. The Quartz movement is extremely accurate, and this may be the first watch I've ever owned where there second hand was lined up correctly to the second markers. I love the blue lume that allows me to quickly check the time in dark places. The face is clean and about as legible as can be - great for a quick, discreet glance at the time. This watch looks great in a t-shirt and jeans, or with a suit and tie. It's truly for any occasion. The Eco-Drive battery system is extremely convenient - and even works with artificial light (which is great, since my office doesn't have a window). I would buy this model again in a heartbeat. I think that the case is a little bit on the larger side, which works well for my large hands and wrists. The Corso is water-resistant to 100 meters, so i probably wouldn't think twice about swimming with it. I did well on this purchase, I may not ever need another watch again!

Beautiful watch. It gleams! I love the simple, elegant, easy-to-read dial. It has significant water resistance (10 ATM), a sapphire crystal, and solar-powered movement. At my current age, I still know what day it is (Mon, Tues, etc.), so I was looking for a watch that only shows the date.Here are just a few drawbacks, at least for me: It's a bit large and heavy. Not a deal breaker, but I would love it more if it were about 2mm smaller. The date is a bit hard to read. The window could be a bit larger, and it appears that the date wheel is quite a bit below the window. Thus, if you look from an angle, the date is hard to read. Finally, I love soft, leather watch bands. It would be great if Citizen offered this same watch with a leather band. For me, the watch cost an additional $30 after I bought a nice band. I have no use for the metal band. Maybe I can sell it for $5 on ebay.
