The Blue Angels are the Navy's elite flight demonstration squadron renowned for their precision and grace showcased in each of their flight maneuvers. This precision and grace is exhibited in the CITIZEN® PROMASTER Blue Angels Skyhawk A-T with atomic timekeeping in 43 cities. Other features include a 1/100-second chronograph measuring up to 24 hours, a perpetual calendar, dual time, 2 alarms, a countdown timer, digital backlight and UTC displays, a power reserve indicator, and a pilot's rotating slide rule bezel. This model is shown in a stainless steel case, an indigo blue italian leather strap with yellow contrast stitching, a yellow accented dark blue dial, and features the Blue Angel's insignia replicated on the caseback. Featuring our Eco-Drive technology – powered by light, any light. Never needs a battery.

This is I believe the 5th Citizen watch that I’ve owned. All but 1 are still working perfectly. I am extremely happy with the watch. It looks outstanding and like all my others, function perfectly. The instructions are really very adequate. Actually simpler than some tutorials online.

I own the first generation Blue Angels watch for a quarter of century. Although I have no trouble resetting the watch, it still was somewhat of a task whenever battery required changing. Nevertheless, I love the watch. Recently, I acquired the ECO drive Blue Angels skyhawk watch and the circumference of the watch is bigger but the contrast of the watch face with the white band makes it standout. The best part is, it is much easier to set the functions PLUS, never have to worry about changing battery.

Whoever says this watch is difficult to set up, has not read instructions whatsoever. It’s the simplest, easiest task, as it is radio assisted!!! … Great features and beautiful looks!!! … My favorite from now on … (I am a pilot and Blue Angels and Thunderbirds’ fan

The turning bezel can also be used to do some pretty cool unit conversions just like a CR3 computer. The watch is fully resetable even to the point of adjusting the position of hour, minute and second pointer. My favorite part of the watch is the analong UTC time shown on the top center position, a very useful feature for a pilot. And last but not least, love the Blue Angels logo on the front and on the back of the watch!

I've had mine for about 4 months now. First Citizen watch I've ever owned and it's one of my favorites now. I've always bought Bulovas, Invictas, Swiss Legends and Movados and seen thiss Citizen and the look of it just caught my eye. After purchasing the performance of this piece matches its beauty. I love the eco-drive technology and nothing compares to its time accuracy. Highly recommend.
My 50 year old Skyhawk recently went on the fritz. I feared the worst, took into the local Fast Fix Watch repair. While waiting for their report, I ordered this new one. The repairs were $25 and I now have 2 Skyhawks. I bot my first one because my military position required easy and frequent access to UTC. The second one I bot was because I still liked my first one.
When I first saw these Blue Angel Skyhawk watches, I fell in love. Being a fan of the Blues and Citizen Watches this was the perfect combination of beauty and functionality for me, it’s a win win and I highly recommend the watch to anyone looking to add to their collection!

Ok, I only bought this watch today, and it's only my second citizen watch, but it's the best watch I have owned. I've always bought cheap watches and decided it was time to own something nice. the look of the watch is stunning. It looks confusing, but really isn't once you read directions!! The colors are great and the leather band is thick and strong. I understand the price can be intimidating for a first time buyer, but it's really about the same price as an apple watch. I got mine at a jewelry store that took the time to let me try about a dozen watches.
Great watch but not excellent. Great design, beautiful color. But, the features are useless due to very small size.
Promaster Skyhawk A-T (Blue Angel, leather strap)
This is my third A-T movement based watch. It was fascinating, after the second day, how the three watches were all in sync, to the second, with each other. I had been eyeing the Blue Angel Skyhawk for a considerable time. It has exceeded my expectations. I have to admit all the detailed complications are small. If you are a "certain age," you may need "readers" to bring those details into focus. The luminous features on the dial do glow brightly. I will concur with a review about the color of the leather strap on the watch I received. It is extremely dark and can look black under some lighting conditions but, to me, this is more a quibble than a discrepancy. The abbreviated online instruction pdf for setting the watch was very helpful to me for adjusting the watch to my specific time zone (it arrived already setup and running but set to a different time zone) Over all, I am very satisfied with the watch.
High Quality Timepiece
Really love this watch. Has no trouble setting itself to the atomic clock radio signal. Very sharp looking, a great size. The strap is more than 3 mm thick--very stout. My only gripe is that my senior citizen eyes have a hard time reading some of the small print on the dial, but that's a "me" problem. I'm sure I'll love it as much as the Skyhawk Blue Angels I purchased in 2002 (that's still ticking).
Beautiful watch
I bought this watch as a gift to my husband, who’s a pilot and he absolutely loved it. It was his dream to have a Citizen watch. It’s very useful for him at work.
