Fantastic Four First Steps
I normally don’t go for the Disney/Marvel collab pieces but this one was done quite tastefully in comparison to previous collabs. Using the zenshin as a base and then going with subtle nods and hints at each character was a nice touch. I love the blueish lume choice, the brushed dial effect is really cool and appropriate to the Fantastic Four color ms, and I especially appreciate that it’s done in a sub-40mm case. The titanium/weight makes this watch comfortable. The ordering and shipping process was a breeze and it arrived a day early actually! My one gripe is that the collectible coin had a pretty noticeable scratch on it…since this is a limited edition piece, everything should be pristine especially since it was purchased directly from Citizen. If this was something I’m buying at a department store authorized dealer, then I would understand.
